1. COMPETITIONS:
• Holocaust Memorial – Atlantic City, NJ:
International Competition where the main goal was to produce a peaceful, engaging and educational memorial to remember those lost in the Holocaust and to remind everyone that we must know our history in order to move forward.

• 99k Green House Design Competition:
The challenge for this competition was to create a sustainable green affordable house that could be built under $99,000 in Houston’s historic Fifth Ward, a residential area east of downtown Houston in Texas.

• Vertical Cemetery:
The necessity to save land and use it in an effective way created the base for this competition. In Shinjuku, Tokyo the need for space is growing and the challenge for this design was to explore the relationship between life and death within the city.

2. RESIDENTIAL:
• Hawaiian Guest House, HI
The client for this home wanted to have an open plan with the main areas in the middle of the compact house, such as: kitchen, living room and a Lanai.

• North Hill Road – Colonia House – NJ
This was a renovation to an existing one floor home very well located near a Park. Seven Bedroom home with 4 bathrooms and a pool in the backyard.

• Sauna House Addition, NJ
The design for this was based on Finnish type Saunas where there is a small steam room and a cooling room with a shower. Sustainability was in the client’s mind and we opted to have a green roof as well as reducing water consumption and electricity as much as possible. In collaboration with Ecocollaborative LLC + Nils Shenholm Sauna.

• “Velasco Astete” Apartment Building, Lima, Peru
This new building has 16 luxury apartments, 4 per floor and approx. 8,300 square feet. In collaboration with “MC & Asociados Peru SAC”

• “Urb. Mangomarca” Apartment Building, Lima, Peru
New building with three full apartments with two bedrooms, three bathrooms in each floor. In addition to car garage, internal patios and laundry area.

3. MIXED USE:
• Renovation of Existing Building – Restaurant – Elizabeth, NJ
2nd floor consisted of 3 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom and 1st floor consisted of abandoned bar which was converted into a Peruvian Ecuatorian restaurant with full open style kitchen, new bar area and sitting for 80 people.

• Renovation of Existing Cafe at Bronx Lebanon Hospital – Bronx, NY
In collaboration with McNeilly & Associates, we worked doing the interior renovation of the existing cafe, and updated with new furniture, lighting, flooring, millwork and equipment. Initial Conceptual Design.

4. HEALTHCARE:
• Highbridge Woodycrest Cafeteria Renovation at Bronx Lebanon Hospital – Bronx, NY
In collaboration with McNeilly & Associates, we worked to make the existing cafe better. The cafe was in need of a renovation and the client wanted to have a design with a center island – buffet style, for the people living in this facility. The result was an extremely efficient and modern center counter with ample of space for circulation.

5. URBAN PLANNING:
• Children’s Park Renovation – UV#3 – Lima, Peru
Proposal to renovate existing park with new slides and playground for kids in this neighborhood. The proposal was part of a research performed to investigate what people in the community needed and what they hated.
